Celebrity gossip website TMZ posted an article today along with a copy of the lawsuit filed by Amy Fisher.

Basically it looks like the ex-hubby Lou Bellera didn’t have Amy’s permission to sell the sex tape off, it was a private home tape.

We will have to wait and see if the porn tape titled “Amy Fisher’s Caught On Tape” surfaces on November 14th as planned.

Now that’s coming from the boss himself, he’s not gonna shell out good hard cash for the sex tape of Amy Fisher if he didn’t think it ws gonna sell.

He’s due to release the home sex tape available for download in full from, “Amy Fisher’s Caught on Tape“, November 14th.

Amy Fisher and husband, Lou Bellera, feature in the sex tape “Amy Fisher’s Caught On Tape” which has made it’s way to a top porn company Red Light District.

Lou Bellera has allegedly sold the sex tape to Red Light after they had filed for divorce, the tape having been made when they were still together.

CHATSWORTH, CA— October, 07— Red Light District, a leading production company that specializes in hard-core adult films, today announced it acquired the rights to distribute the Amy Fisher sex tape that will be titled “Amy Fishers Caught on Tape.” Red Light District made the transaction with Lou Bellera, Fisher’s husband. The amount and terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Red Light District made national news in recent years for its distribution deals of other celebrity sex tapes, including separate videos with Paris Hilton, Dustin Diamond, and Chyna. The company is known as the best distributor for celebrity sex tapes.

The 60 minute DVD shows Fisher and her husband having sex in various rooms throughout their home. The two-disc collection will be available in both domestic and international adult video stores and also includes five bonus scenes from other Red Light District films. The MSRP is $59.95.

Dubbed the “Long Island Hottie,” Fisher was convicted of the 1992 shooting of the wife of her lover, Joey Buttafuoco with whom she began an affair when she was 16 years old. Fisher served seven years in prison for aggravated assault, and was released in 1999. Joey was also put behind bars for having sex with a minor.
